Please ensure you read these policies below throughly when booking in online which strictly apply to all massage bookings.

*Sports & Body Massage Treatments, Hours & Prices are subject to change without being notified*

  • Face masks/coverings are now optional. Siggy will continue to wear her mask throughout your session in her massage room.
  • Siggy has been double vaccinated and had a booster jab. She will continue to make your health and well-being her priority and, hence, will maintain certain procedures to keep us all safe. 
  • Siggy maintains the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness. Siggy will provide a clean towel and fresh couch roll on the massage table, as always.
  • Your water refreshment will continue to be provided in a disposable cup. And, contactless payment is available.
  • Siggy does still kindly ask that if you feel/are unwell, or suffering with/from COVID-19, that you reschedule your massage appointment.
  • Please note that there is no waiting room but plenty of coffee shops near by for family or friends to wait and meet you after your massage appointment.

  • No full or partial refunds will be given for any Sports & Body Massage payments.

Each massage is hands on for the full time booked so allow EXTRA TIME before your session for prep and payment.

All initial online massage appointments booked are considered an enquiry until Sports & Body Massage receives your online booking Consultation Form to complete at time of booking. Then you will receive your confirmation that your massage appointment has been accepted. 

 

First visit? More F A Q S Here! Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to start the relaxation process. You can get comfortable,  and discuss with your therapist what you’d like to focus on. Clients who are over 10 minutes late will be asked to reschedule their appointment, and will be charged a cancellation fee. 

 

SPORTS & BODY MASSAGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Booking Appointments: Sports & Body Massage operates by required pre booked Appointments ONLY. Confirmed massage appointments will be honored —No walk-ins.

Please allow Siggy up to 24 hours for enquiry responsesdue to being in massage treatments majority of the day.

Appointments must be confirmed at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Failure to confirm may result in your massage slot being released for rebooking.

 Male Clients: Must be referred by an existing client. No exceptions. Unknown male clients booking online without prior arrangement will be cancelled.

Insurance & Policies: Sports & Body Massage is insured for all massage services. Please review all policies on our website. Gift Cards policies are also available here!

Important Policy: Personal Items, Age Requirements, and Restrictions: Sports & Body Massage is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items. Clients must be 18 or older. Pregnancy massage is not offered at any trimester. Pets, children, food, and drinks are not allowed on the premises.

Mandatory Dress Code Policy: Clients are required to wear sports shorts or suitable underwear. Towels will be provided for comfort and privacy only.

Appointment Confirmation: At time of booking, you’ll receive your consultation and consent form to complete at time of booking. Please fill it out accurately, complete and sign it. This ensures your treatment is safe, and within scope. Your appointment will be confirmed once your form has been reviewed and received. Failure to disclose relevant health conditions may affect treatment. This massage therapist reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking if the form is incomplete or if there are medical concerns preventing your massage.

Rescheduling: Need to amned your massage? To reschedule, please provide 24 hours' notice before your original appointment, and within 7 days of your scheduled session, subject to Siggy's up-coming availability.

NB.Siggy does not diagnose and does not claim to be a medical doctor, psychologist or licensed nutritionist. Any recommendation of any addition of herbs and supplements and/or change in your diet (and in some cases, receiving bodywork) should be approved by your personal physician. Siggy won't be able to advise you on anything medically related. Nor recommend exercises.

 



 

SPORTS & BODY MASSAGE POLICIES 

Health Disclosure: All health conditions and medications must be disclosed via the pre-treatment form. New clients must also submit a completed and signed consultation form before confirming their appointment. Forms are kept confidential. Read Mandatory Dress Code Policy opposite, too.

Health Updates: All clients must inform this massage therapist of any health changes or treatments at least 24 hours prior to their massage. This ensures the choosen treatment is safe. Written permission from a healthcare provider may be required. 

Change of Mind: Changes to scheduled services must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late changes may result in fees or cancellation. Sports & Body Massage reserves the right to refuse changes that don’t align with available massage services or qualifications.

Late Arrivals: Late arrivals (up to 10 minutes) will result in a cancelled appointment unless prior contact is made. A full massage session cannot be provided with limited time.

Cancellation Policy: Need to cancel your massage? No problem! Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel your appointment. Failure to do so will result in your cancellation fee of 100% of the cost of the booked treatment. If the fee is not paid and you have future appointments, these will be removed from the booking system/diary. These fee's are without exception!

No shows, neglected to give notice or repeated cancellations will result in refusal of service and blocking from the online booking facility with immediate effect.

Refunds: No refunds for services or regarding gift cards. Payments are for this massage therapist’s time and products used.

Right of Refusal: Sports & Body Massage reserves the right to refuse any service based on incomplete forms or health issues. Abuse or disrespect will result in immediate termination of service and banning from the booking system.

Zero Tolerance Policy: Any derogatory comments, inappropriate behaviour, disruptive actions, or advances by the client will result in immediate termination of service, into possible legal action. Sports & Body Massage reserves the right to refuse service at any time, especially if treatment is deemed inappropriate under professional code of conduct or duty of care. This includes substance abuse. The client is still liable for full payment for the scheduled session.
