SPORTS & BODY MASSAGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Male clients need to be direct referrals, from existing clients. There are to be no exceptions to this rule. Unknown male clients making bookings online without prior arrangement will be cancelled.
• Sports & Body Massage is insured for the services and treatments provided to their massage clients.
• Sports & Body Massage asks that you read all polcies, which is set out on this website with useful/any/all information will also apply to all treatments in addition to the terms.

• All health conditions and any medication must be disclosed on a client’s pre-treatment form. Your initial, virtual emailed Sports & Body Massage Form is to be filled out at time of booking via the online booking system. Forms for new clients must be accompanied by a fully completed and signed online CONSULTATION form before your session can be confirmed. Consultation Forms are kept secure and confidential.
• Sports & Body Massage is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal items during client’s visit.
• All clients must be 18 years of age or older.
• Please note pets/children are not permitted on the premises.
• Please wear sports shorts or suitable underwear, towels are provided for comfort and privacy.
• It is the responsibility of the client to keep the therapist informed of any changes is health and medical treatment currently being taken, and to provide written permission, when requested, from the physician, chiropractor, physical therapist, etc.

Confirming your Sports & Body Massage appointment

• Sports & Body Massage uses an automated booking system to manage all my clients' appointments, payments, and consultation forms. Upon booking, you will be sent an automated required, and requested emailed form to be filled out at time of booking. Once, recieved and reviewed Sports and Body Massage, complying to insurance guidelines, can confirm your massage. Please click the up coming link and confirm your appointment via your reminder as soon as you can; failing to do so may mean your appointment gets cancelled and given to someone else. Consultation Forms are kept secure and confidential.

Cancellation Or Rescheduling/Amend your Sports & Body Massage

• Note that each massage is hands on for the full time booked. Appointments begin promptly at the scheduled time.
• Need to cancel/amned your massage? No problem! Unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone's life. So don’t stress, simply contact Siggy as soon as you can to reschedule.
• Cancellations and reschedules require 24 hours’ Notice. This notice occurrs to all pre-booked or pre-paid massage treatment (booking) appointments. If you cancel in less than /within 24 hours, you accept the responsibility and are subject to a Cancellation Fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled treatment.
• If you wish to rebook, this must be done at least 24 hours before your scheduled booking time. Within 7 days of your original massage booking is required for your future massage. [Subject to my up coming availbilty and hours!]
• Neglected to give notice or repeated cancellations/no shows will be refused/denied Sports & Body Massages.

Late arrival

• Up-to 10 minutes late to your massage appointment, it will be cancelled immediately, unless kept in contact. Siggy cannot/will not provide a complete and precise massage treatment with the limited time left, due to another massage client. Because of this, Siggy kindly requests that you arrive on time to your reserved treatment time.

Refunds

• Refunds for massage services or gift vouchers are not offered under any circumstances - No full or partial refunds will be given for any Sports & Body Massage payments
• You are paying for Siggy's time, which cannot be returned, nor can the products used to perform your treatments.

Consultation Forms & Medical Conditions

• Prior to your initial massage appointment you will receive a consultation form via email. It is your responsibility to fill this in at time of booking, for me to tailor your treatment, and so that you can inform me of any medical issues relevant to the treatment. I may adapt your treatment accordingly, or offer an alternative treatment if the one you’ve booked in for is not suitable for you.
• Your massage therapist reserves the right to refuse and/or cancel/decline any online booking if the consultation form has not been completed correctly and signed OR there is another reason, such as medical history, that means she is not able/willing to carry out the massage. Or, if your massage is out of scope of practice.
• Siggy is not responsible for any adverse effects after your massage treatment. This includes, causes by failure to disclose any known or underlying health conditions, or medications being taken.
• NB.Siggy does not diagnose and does not claim to be a medical doctor, psychologist or licensed nutritionist. Any recommendation of any addition of herbs and supplements and/or change in your diet (and in some cases, receiving bodywork) should be approved by your personal physician. Siggy won't be able to advise you on anything medically related. Nor recommend exercises.

Booking your Sports & Body Massage appointment

• It is recommended that you book your massage treatments in advance to ensure you find a time & date that is preferable. Sports and Body Massage spaces can go quickly.
• Sports & Body Massage is by appointment only! Appointments require pre confirmation. No walk ins.
• Please allow Siggy up to 24 hours for new enquiry responses due to being in massage treatments majority of the day.
• Please use the online booking facility to search for your own appointment, and to book at a time convenient to you showing via availabilty here: https://www.sportsandbodymassage.com/online-booking.html Sports & Body Massage is no longer booking appointments in by text message conversations back and forth (unless your required service is not showing up on the booking sytem)
• Your initial, virtual emailed Sports & Body Massage Form is to be filled out at time of booking via the online booking system. • Clients are not required to fill out further forms, should any circumstances change in their health or contact information that has previously been provided.
• Any client who arrives to an appointment under circumstances that can’t be treated. will not receive the booked service and full payment will be required.
• No full or partial refunds will be given for any Sports & Body Massage payments.

Therapist’s Right of Refusal

• Your massage therapist reserves the right to refuse and/or cancel/decline any online booking if the consultation form has not been completed correctly and signed OR there is another reason, such as medical history, that means she is not able/willing to carry out the massage.
• Sports & Body Massage reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time if believed it is inappropriate for any reason for her to provide treatment. in accordance with her professional code of conduct and duty of care.
• This is includes abusing substances.
• However, disrespect to your therapist, the business and the terms of operation will result in outright refusal of treatment and blocking from the online booking facility with immediate effect.

Zero Tolerance Policy

• All Sports and Body Massages are professional for your healing, wellness and therapeutic journey in nature. Sports and Body Massage sessions have zero tolerance for any derogatory or bigoted comments, inappropriate remarks or behaviour made by you (the client) whatsoever.
• Requesting these services, either over the phone, via text message, email, or in person will result in your details being handed over to the authorities (the police!) immediately. 
• This will not be tolerated and will result in further action being taken, including immediate termination of your session booked. You will be liable for your full payment of the scheduled time and denied future service.
